AI MUSCLE IMAGE GENERATION HELP, PLEASE?

ELL I'M ALL OVER THE place. I've been going down the AI image generation hole, and I'm hooked. I want to really get into it.

But, it's a mine field! I've started using "Diffusion Bee" (a Stable Diffusion program for Mac), but it's a crap shoot as to the results, so far. I put in PROMPTS that someone suggested and instead of getting cool stuff like THIS, I get something more like FRED FLINTSTONE. UGH!

SO: HELP! Does anyone out there know how I can start making images like TODAY'S GUY? (Mouse over him for some fun.) I'd really love to do stuff like that. I have little patience though. But if there's a way to do it, I can be a dog with a bone.

Someone said to use Lexica.art but that's a web program, so no nudity (plus, it hasn't garnered me many good results). I want to do stuff like THIS, and THIS, and THIS, and THIS, and THIS, and THIS, and THIS, and even THIS. You get the idea. I'd love to create an AI character to write about (much like I used to do with ManOfSteel's DAVID). And more....

ANY helpful help... (a tutorial?...) would be very much appreciated. I need to learn about Prompts too.
